Day 1 Arrive Bangkok
You will be met upon arrival and transferred to your plush hotel in an ideal location along the Chao River. Accommodation, 2 nights:

Day 2 Bangkok
Your morning sightseeing tour features the Grand Palace, with its royal residence, motherof- pearl throne, golden-roofed temples, ceremonial halls, and other gems of Thai architecture. The afternoon is free at leisure. (B)

Day 3 Bangkok/Kanchanaburi
Today you¹ll head northwest to Kanchanaburi, one of the most picturesque region of Thailand. You¹ll tour the JEATH (Japanese, English, American, Thai and Holland) War Museum and visit the site of the infamous bridge over the River Kwai. You will take a boat trip along the River Kwai and stops at a small Mon Village. This evening, enjoy a special dinner and a performance of Mon Tribe folk dances and ethnic musicians. Day 4 Kanchanburi/Ayuthaya
After breakfast, you¹ll travel to Ayuthaya via Supanburi to visit Bang Pa-In, once the summer retreat of the kings of Siam. You will continue your journey to Ayuthaya, the former capital of Siam. Visit Ayuthaya¹s Historical Park before checking into your hotel. Accommodation, 1 night: (B,L)

Day 5 Ayuthaya/Sukhothai/Phrae
Drive north to Sukhothai, home of Thailand¹s largest collection of historic ruins. En route, visit Sukhothai & Sri Satchanalai Historical Park. After a leisurely lunch, continue your journey to Phrae and enjoy an orientation and a walk to the beautiful Wat Chom Sawan Temple. Accommodation, 1 night: (B,L,D)

Day 6 Phrae/Chiangmai
This morning, your journey will take you to Chiangmai. Visit the old Doi Suthep Temple overlooking the town from the hilltop. You¹ll also stop at a forest camp to witness elephants demonstrating their skills, and you¹ll get to experience a ride on an elephant. Accommodation, 2 nights: (B,L,D)

Day 7 Chiangmai
You¹ll have a day full of exciting activities, starting with a visit to: Mae Klang and the Wachirathan Waterfall, the Napame Thaneedon and Napapolkhumsiri Pagodas ­ built by the Thai Air force to honor King Bhumibol and Queen Sirikit, and the summit ­ containing the shrine of Chao Inthawitchayanon, the former prince of Chiang Mai. A short easy trek along the Michael¹s Nature Trail (Ang Ka) offers a beautiful and unforgettable experience. Then you¹ll visit the Karen hilltribe Village. A picnic lunch will be served. (B,L)

Day 8 Chiangmai/Mae Sarieng/Mae Hong Sorn
Travel today to Mae Hong Sorn, via Mae Sarieng. Visits will be made at Wat Phra Dhad Chom Thong, with its relic and ancient treasures, and the Baan Rai Pai Ngam ­ also known as Pa Saeng Da Textile Museum, which presents an impressive textile display. You¹ll continue your journey to Orb Luang Gorge National Park for a short break. After lunch at a local restaurant, you¹ll travel on to Mae Hong Sorn via Mae Sariang and Khun Yuam, with stops at hilltribe villages along the way. Accommodation, 1 night: (B,L)

Day 9 Mae Hong Sorn
Today you will enjoy a leisurely boat ride along the Pai River and visit a Pa Dong Long Necked Hilltribe Villages at Baan Nam Piang Din. Take a short boat trip along the Kok River to Baan Mai Mok Jam, a Shan Village. Continue your journey by van visiting the hilltribe village on the way. Drive up Doi Mae Salong to visit the KMT Chinese Refugee Settlement, Yao and Akha hilltribe village before driving to Chiangrai. Accommodation, 1 night: (B,L)

Day 13 Chiangrai/Bangkok
This morning, you¹ll travel to Mae Sai, the northern-most point of Thailand¹s border with Myanmar. Visit the Golden Triangle. After lunch, you¹ll journey to the ancient city Chaing Sean.
